Author Biography

Yohana Arsen Rutaba, The University of Dodoma, College of Business and Economics, the United Republic of Tanzania

Yohana Arsen Rutaba is an assistant lecturer at the University of Dodoma and a certified procurement and supply professional (holding CPSP) with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) of Tanzania. He furthered his education with a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management from Moshi Cooperative University and an MBA in Marketing from Mwenge Catholic University. Rutaba is the author of several papers in the field of supply chain management. His future research interests include the humanitarian supply chain and sustainability in public procurement processes.
