Aims and scope

Management: Journal of Sustainable Business and Management Solutions in Emerging Economies aims to enable relevant information exchange and communication between scientists, researchers, managers, and people in different business areas, coming from universities, institutes, companies and public services. The emerging economies context calls for research results both in the adaptive application of concepts innovated in the current leading economies and new, specific solutions development. Further, research community needs to strive towards sustainable business and management solutions. Our journal does not aim only at the environmental aspect of it but encourages research that contributes in either way to balance between three factors: economic business performance, environmental care and social well-being, with a strong preference towards business and management subfields of research.

We encourage contributions in the wide field and different aspects of contemporary management, organisation, and business theory with either global, regional or national scope, as long as it can be connected with or applied in the emerging economies context, or it contributes the above mentioned balance as the sustainable business and management solution. As long as that main line of journal research interest is present in the article, the specific contribution of the article may come from a wide array of business and management subfields, like organisational theory and design, organizational development, organizational change entrepreneurship, business strategy, business models, financial management, marketing management, human resource management, technology management, organisational behaviour, project management and operation management. The Journal publishes empirically and theoretically oriented articles but encourages empirical research. Interdisciplinary papers addressing sustainable management perspectives and business solutions contributing to economic, social and environmental prosperity are welcome.

The journal welcomes papers from authors regardless of the region, as long as the research results can be connected with or applied in the emerging economies context. We also welcome papers both from academia and practice, regardless of the academic status of the authors. However, we especially esteem contributions from institutions that have shown distinguished results in business and management domains.
