The journal is published by the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organisational Sciences, as a lean-financed, not-for-profit journal dedicated to develop a researcher community in the emerging economy millieu. The journal does not charge ANY article processing charges(APC), publication fees or any kind of payment from the authors. We rely on subsidies from the publisher relies on supscription, governmental and non-governmental grants to cover our working expenses.

Our publisher is decentralized institution consisting of 31 faculties, 12 research institutes, University library "Svetozar Marković", and 9 university centres. Faculty of Organisational Sciences is in charge of operational journal activities. The university has around 100.000 enrolled students and around 5000 academic staff members. With education and research tradition of more than 200 years, it is ranked between 401st and 500th place, according to the global ARWU Shanghai Ranking of Universities.
